Charles J. Seigel is an associate in the firm’s Landlord & Tenant Practice Group, resident in the Manhattan office.
Mr. Seigel has over 30 years of experience in all facets of complex landlord and tenant, and real estate litigation matters before the Housing, Civil and Supreme Courts, including Article 78 proceedings, plenary actions, and commercial foreclosure actions (both defending and prosecuting). Throughout his career as a sole practitioner, associate, and former partner in a landlord and tenant practice, Mr. Seigel has gained an uncommon depth of knowledge establishing himself as a highly skilled and respected litigator within the industry.
