Dylan Saperman is an associate with the firm, concentrating in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, commercial lending, loan work outs and corporate law. He represents real estate owners and developers in the purchasing, selling, leasing and refinancing of commercial and residential properties including not-for-profit organizations. He also represents institutional and private lenders in commercial mortgage closings, including mezzanine loans, loan participations and assignments of mortgage. Part of his representation of lenders includes loan work outs, negotiations of forbearance agreements and pledges of additional collateral. Before joining the firm, Mr. Saperman was an associate at a New York City law firm where he represented real estate owners and developers, as well as commercial mortgage lenders.
