Jacquelyn O’Neil is an associate with the firm concentrating her practice in all areas of commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. O’Neil served as a Federal Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. In addition, she also served as a Legal Intern at the New York State Office of the Attorney General and to the Honorable Kenneth A. Davis of the Nassau County Supreme Court.

Ms. O’Neil is admitted to practice in New York, as well as before the Eastern and Southern District Courts of New York.
Ms. O’Neil is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the Federal Bar Council. She also serves a member of the Dean’s Advisory Counsel at Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
In January 2012, Ms. O’Neil was named Alum of the Month by Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
