Jaimie R. Wolf concentrates his practice in the areas of marketing, advertising and promotions.
Mr. Wolf has significant experience negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to, sponsorship agreements, content acquisition/licensing agreements and other IP licensing agreements. He also advises clients on issues related to sweepstakes/contests and other promotional activities, including counseling clients on potential issues and drafting rules, as well as general employment, corporate and transactional matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wolf was the Director of Legal Affairs for the New York Islanders, where he oversaw all of the team’s day-to-day legal issues and the team’s risk management programs. In addition, he also worked closely in managing and counseling the team’s Human Resources department. Mr. Wolf has also served as an in-house attorney to The Telx Group Inc., a leading data center operator and colocation service provider, as well as MSC Industrial Supply Co., a Fortune 1000 distributor of industrial and maintenance, repair and operational products.
