Joshua B. Summers is an associate with the firm, concentrating his practice in the area of commercial litigation including bank matters, equipment leasing litigation, securitized debt and lending litigation, employment litigation matters, marketing and direct advertising matters and general business disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Summers was a litigation associate at the New York City firm of Ellenoff Grossman & Schole. As a law student, Mr. Summers interned for the Honorable Sterling Johnson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Affiliations

Mr. Summers is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the Nassau County Jewish Lawyers Association. He a founding member of the Builders of the JCC of the Greater Five Towns and is also a member of the events committee for the Young Leadership of Chevra Hatzolah. In addition, Mr Summers is a member of the International Documentary Association and the Independent Film Organization.
