Juan Luis Garcia is an associate with the firm practicing in the areas of commercial litigation and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Garcia served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Ira B. Warshawsky of the New York State Supreme Court Commercial Division.
