Neil J. Moritt is the founding partner of Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP. Prior to establishing this firm, he was the managing partner at a firm with offices in New York City and Long Island.

Mr. Moritt has been a guest speaker and has conducted seminars in various aspects of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, complex construction litigation and direct marketing law. He has also written and lectured on lender liability issues. In addition, Mr. Moritt has appeared on news shows including CNBC’s ‘How to Succeed in Business.’
