Stephen E. Turman is an experienced litigator that has devoted his practice to representing clients in complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights matters and trusts and estates litigation. Mr. Turman has extensive trial and appellate experience, having worked on a number of high profile cases pending before state and federal courts throughout the country. He has also represented clients in FINRA arbitrations and in other alternative dispute resolution forums.
Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Turman was associated with the New York office of Brown Raysman Felder & Steiner LLP and, prior to that, the New Jersey office of Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard P.A.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Turman is active in the Long Island community and has been a member of the Nassau County Board of Ethics since May 2007.
