We are pleased to announce that Leslie Berkoff, a partner of the firm, was recently appointed by the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) to serve as a Co-Chair of its Mediation Committee, effective June 1, 2018, for a one year term.

The NYSBA’s Mediation Committee serves as a valuable resource for New York practitioners and consumers of mediation. The Committee promotes the use of mediation, to present programs on topics of interest to mediators and advocates, to provide a forum to debate policy issues important to the profession, and to take positions on such issues when it is appropriate to do so.
