We are pleased to announce that Leslie A. Berkoff, a partner of the firm, has been recently appointed by the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to serve on it Pro Bono Appellate Mediator Panel.

The appointment is for a three-year term that commences on October 1, 2019 at which time Leslie will join a select group of highly-experienced mediators assisting the Second Circuit with appellate decisions.
