We are pleased to announce, that Leslie Berkoff, a partner of the firm, has been recently appointed by the American Bankruptcy Institute to serve as the contributing editor of its Journal’s  inaugural column “Mediation Matters”.  The new column focuses on the role that mediation increasingly plays in bankruptcy.
