We are pleased to announce that Leslie Berkoff, a partner of the firm, was recently selected by the American Arbitrators Association to serve on its National Roster of Arbitrators.

The AAA National Roster consists of highly accomplished and respected experts from the legal and business communities, including: former federal and state judges, attorneys with exceptional subject-matter expertise, and business owners who understand the essence of the dispute. All are required to complete continuing educational programs and to focus on managing the dispute resolution process with fairness and skill, with an eye towards time- and cost-efficiency.  The AAA is a not-for-profit organization in the field of alternative dispute resolution, providing services to individuals and organizations who wish to resolve conflicts.
