We are pleased to announce that Michael Cardello III, a Partner of the firm, has been elected to serve as Vice Chair of the Commercial & Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association (COMFED).

COMFED brings together members of the bench and bar interested in relevant issues and laws affecting commercial litigation and associated issues in federal and state court. The section presents programs and CLEs, including an annual destination Spring Meeting where attorneys congregate for professional development. It also holds events to provide members with opportunities to meet and hear from Judges and experienced commercial litigators and leaders of the legal community.
