Allison Arotsky is an associate with the firm concentrating her practice in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Her practice includes the representation of debtors, creditors, and other parties-in-interest in Chapter 11 cases and insolvency-related litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Arotsky served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nancy Hershey Lord, United States Bankruptcy Judge in the Eastern District of New York, and prior to that she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Carla E. Craig, United States Chief Bankruptcy Judge in the Eastern District of New York.
