Brett M. Stack concentrates his practice on complex real estate transactions. He frequently represents buyers, sellers, lending institutions, sponsors, developers, landlords, tenants, condominium associations and cooperative apartment corporations with regard to their various real estate matters. Mr. Stack is well-versed in negotiating contracts, conducting closings, drafting and reviewing condominium formation documents, entity formation, as well as conducting due diligence. He represents a diverse client base to include clients who purchase and sell condominium units, cooperative units, multi-family properties, mixed-use properties and commercial properties.
