Natalia Thomas concentrates her practice on all aspects of commercial mortgage foreclosure litigation.  She has represented large financial institutions, lenders and investors in connection with a broad range of real estate, civil and commercial litigation with a distinct focus on complex commercial mortgage foreclosures.  She routinely represents lenders relating to loan modifications, workouts and note purchases/sales.  Ms. Thomas’s experience also includes collections experience representing judgment creditors in claims involving fraudulent transactions, piercing the corporate veil and alter ego liability claims.
