Nicole Case
AssociateNicole Case concentrates her practice in all areas of commercial litigation. Ms. Case is also a Columns Editor for The Federal Lawyer, the official publication of the Federal Bar Association, and previous Managing Editor of Family Court Review, the official publication of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. She has been recognized by the New York City Trial Lawyers Alliance for excellence in trial advocacy, and has written on topics concerning mediation and how technological advances impact the legal profession. Ms. Case is actively involved in the FBA’s EDNY Chapter, serving on the Social Media & Marketing Committee and developing the chapter’s new website. She also serves as Assistant Director in New York State Bar Association’s Annual Mediation Tournament. Prior to joining MHH, Ms. Case served as a summer associate with the firm. In addition, she also served as a Federal Judicial Intern to the Honorable Anne Y. Shields of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
