Tina M. Kassangana
AssociateTina M. Kassangana is a corporate associate in Moritt Hock & Hamroff’s New York office. Ms. Kassangana’s diverse practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, securities, general corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and secured lending. Her additional corporate experiences include leading and chairing buyer-side RWI underwriting due diligence matters. Tina’s practice experience spans multiple sectors, including but not limited to fintech, NFTs, cannabis, medical devices, professional services, healthcare, insurance, construction, and manufacturing.
Ms. Kassangana graduated from St. John’s University School of Law and was the recipient of the St. Vincent de Paul Clinic Award for the Bankruptcy Advocacy Clinic. During law school, she was ranked as a Top 40% Oralist at the 25th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court, Vienna. Ms. Kassangana completed her undergraduate studies at Syracuse University graduating with a B.A. in International Relations, with a concentration in European security and diplomacy, and Political Science. During her time at Syracuse University, Ms. Kassagana studied abroad in Florence, Italy, Strasbourg, France and Herzliya, Israel.
