Gary Rosner, a partner of the firm, will serve as one of the expert panelists for the Miami-Dade Bar Association’s ADR, Civil Litigation, and Condominium Law Committees CLE program titled “Community Association Litigation in the Post Surfside  Era” on April 3, 2024 at Haber Law in Miami.  The program will also be offered virtually via Zoom.

The expert panelists will address timely issues and technical requirements that are unique to condo litigation and dispute resolution.

The program provides 2.5 CLE credits in general practice and 0.5 CLE credits in ethics (2.5 condominium & planned development law and 2.5 construction law certification credit)
