Jennifer Ecker, a partner of the firm, was a featured panel speaker at the Council of New York Cooperatives & Condominiums 36th Annual Housing Conference on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Baruch College in Manhattan.

The seminar covered the recent change in the law relating to short term rentals, Board concerns and responsibilities, preventing and detecting illegal short term leasing, and necessary Board action.  The elite panelists also addressed Board concerns regarding short term rentals and the new law relating to Airbnb.
