Julia Gavrilov, a partner of the firm, will be a panelist at the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association’s (ELFA) 61^st Annual Convention to be held in Orlando, Florida on October 9-11, 2022.

Julia will join a panel of industry experts for a session entitled: “The Human Side of Equipment Finance.”  She will address the inroads made by women in the industry, the continued challenges they face, corporate motivation and strategies for supporting women, and the legal considerations related to DEI.
