Leslie A. Berkoff, a partner of the firm, will be a featured speaker at the NYSSCPA’s Foundation for Accounting Education (FAE) Bankruptcy and Restructuring Conference on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at the FAE Conference Center in New York City.

The half-day conference will focus on radical restructuring strategies before, during and after bankruptcy, as well as the rapidly evolving environment and issues facing companies as they try to restructure in or out of bankruptcy.  Ms. Berkoff’s topic is entitled “Unlocking Value for Creditors in Chapter 11 Cases”.
