In this session of the series, the expert panel will cover the arbitration process beginning with how to prepare and file claims, how to select an arbitrator and how to prepare for a preliminary conference with the arbitrator.  Additionally, the panel will address discovery requests and motion practice as well as other matters that may be covered during the preliminary conference.
