Leslie Berkoff, a Partner of the firm, will be a featured panelist on the legislative and new law changes in the insolvency market since the pandemic at GGI Global Alliance’s World  Conference on October 19-23, 2022 in Montreal, Canada.

The panel will review changes in laws and legislation since March 2020 in the U.S., Canada, and other countries, including cases that have been decided based on the new laws and legislation.  In addition, an overview on the legal developments in Europe and their impact on the insolvency market will also be discussed.
