Leslie Berkoff, a partner of the firm, will be a featured speaker for the American Bar Association’s  Annual Spring Meeting on April 27-29, 2023 in Seattle.

Ms. Berkoff will serve as a panelist, along with the Honorable Meghan A. Adams of the Superior Court of Delaware, Complex Commercial Litigation Division, the Honorable Mac R. McCoy of the Tampa Division of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Honorable Lita M. Popke (Ret.), for a session titled “Court- Appointed Neutrals What Lawyers, Clients & Judges Need To Know”. The panel will address the use of court-appointed neutrals, how their roles differ from court to court and the benefits of using neutrals from the client’s perspective

Additionally, Ms. Berkoff will also serve as the guest speaker for the ABA’s Arbitration Subcommittee’s Meeting where she will talk about the numerous benefits of using arbitration to resolve financial disputes.
