Leslie A. Berkoff, a partner of the firm, will serve as a panel speaker for the New York State Bar Association’s seminar “Arbitration Advocacy: Best Practices For Approaching & Analyzing A Case” on March 10, 2016, from 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm,  at the law offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York City.

The expert panel of experienced arbitration advocates will identify best practices for case analysis, case development and how to best persuade the arbitrator(s). Topics to be discussed include theme development, choosing an arbitrator, the initial conference, obtaining key discovery, using demonstratives, and the post-award process.

The seminar provides 1.5 MCLE credit hours.
