Marc Hamroff, managing partner, will speak at the Equipment Leasing Association’s Captive and Vendor Finance Conference on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 from 9:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m.  The three day conference will be held at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Jacksonville, Florida.

Mr. Hamroff’s topic entitled “Can a Captive Be More Than a Provider of Financing” will focus on the opportunities to expand the captive’s role beyond the scope of financing or leasing equipment.  The session will also cover maintenance agreements, service financing, and the use of master agreements.
