On April 27, 2022  MH&H WINS (Women’s Initiative For Navigating Success) Committee, chaired by MH&H partner Julia Gavrilov, in collaboration with the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, hosted its annual “Supporting Women in Law” event for Hofstra Law School’s Women of Color Collective and its Women’s Society. The event provides students with the opportunity to network with MH&H female attorneys (shown: Caitlyn Ryan, Julia Gavrilov, Karen Davakis, Ilona Posner and Danielle Marlow) to discuss various career topics as well as issues and challenges faced by women in the legal profession.
