Robert Cohen and Julia Gavrilov, partners of the firm, will be panelists at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s 2024 Legal Forum on May 5-7, 2024 in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Mr. Cohen, a panelist for the Legal Update Part 2 session, will review recent case law and statutory developments covering bankruptcy, creditor litigation, the Uniform Commercial Code, and the Uniform Special Deposits Act.

Ms. Gavrilov, a panelist for the Won’t Get Fooled Again: Challenges, Opportunities and Solutions In An Ever-Evolving Fraud Landscape session, will identify the latest fraud trends, provide insight into the challenges faced by various-sized institutions and examine the emerging methods of fraud detection and prevention techniques that are ever-evolving within the equipment finance industry.  Additionally, she will also serve as a panelist for the Legal Update Part 1 session which will examine recent case law and statutory developments covering bankruptcy, creditor litigation, and the Corporate Transparency Act.
