Robert M. Finkel, a partner of the firm, will be a panelist for the 2021 Fall Virtual Employment Law Conference titled “Representing Employees” hosted by the National Employment Lawyers Association/NY on October 1, 2021 from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST.

The full day conference will include topics on the New York City Fair Workweek and Just Cause Laws, Judgment Enforcement, FAQs in Other Practice Areas (e.g., Workers Compensation, Tax, Immigration, etc.), Working with the Press, Second Circuit Update, and credit in Diversity, Inclusion, and Elimination of Bias.
