Cohen, a partner of the firm, will be one of the featured speakers on a panel discussion entitled “Data Breach, Data Security & Dangerous Collection Activities” at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Credit & Collections Management Conference on June 3-5, 2019 in St. Petersburg, Florida.

The session will cover data breach and data security issues, including what to do before, during and after a data security incident.  In addition, the panelists will also discuss the latest laws and legal requirements being imposed on banks, funding sources, brokers and service providers within the leasing industry.
