Robert S. Cohen, a partner of the firm, will be a featured speaker at the National Equipment Finance Association’s (NEFA) 2018 Funding Symposium on October 3-5, 2018 in Charlotte, NC.  His topic “Cannabis- The Next Frontier?” will cover the current state of the law and assess the risks associated with providing financing to the cannabis industry.
