Terese Arenth and Michael Schwab will be featured speakers at the ANA/BAA’s 40th Annual Marketing Law Conference on November 7-9, 2018 in Chicago.

The three day conference will provide practical advice on the laws affecting numerous marketing disciplines in social media, digital media, online behavioral advertising, domestic and international promotions, sweepstakes, contests and games, big data, data security/breach, privacy, intellectual property, litigation and all the key regulations, cases and laws in effect or in the pipeline facing the industry today.

Ms. Arenth will moderate a panel discussion entitled “More TCPA Litigation In The New Regulatory Environment.” Mr. Schwab will present a session entitled “Regulated Industries: Alcohol”.
