Terese L. Arenth and William M. Heberer, partners of the firm, will be featured speakers at the American Bar Association, Section of Intellectual Property Law’s Annual Conference on August 2-7, 2012 in Chicago. The conference will focus on current issues and topics pertaining to the practice of intellectual property law.

Ms. Arenth and Mr. Heberer will present a CLE program entitled “Social Media Promotions & The Potential Implications Of The Right Of Publicity & Other Intellectual Property Issues”. The program will provide insight into the inherent risks associated with social media promotions, and will provide best practice suggestions for mitigation against liability.  In addition to speaking, Ms. Arenth will also moderate the panel.
