Hofstra Law Awards 2017-18 Recipient Of The Moritt Hock & Hamroff Fellowship

GARDEN CITY, NY; January 23, 2017 — The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University has named James P. Stevens as the recipient of the 2017-18 Moritt Hock & Hamroff Business Law Honors Fellowship. The Fellowship is awarded to an incoming law student who has demonstrated outstanding academic achievements and an interest in pursuing a career in business law.

James P. Stevens is a first year law student at Hofstra Law and a resident of Bayport. He earned his Master of Education degree from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Master of Arts, Education degree from the University of Rhode Island. Mr. Stewart is expected to earn his Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law in May 2020.
