Garden City, New York; September 14, 2004 — The Garden City law firm of Moritt Hock Hamroff & Horowitz LLP has named Laura J. Hauser as Director of Marketing. Ms. Hauser will be responsible for leading the firm’s marketing, advertising and public relations initiatives as it relates to business development and community relations.

Ms. Hauser brings extensive experience in legal marketing and public relations to the firm. Prior to joining Moritt Hock Hamroff & Horowitz LLP, Ms. Hauser served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for the Garden City firm of Jaspan Schlesinger Hoffman LLP where, as the firm’s first in-house marketing professional, she was instrumental in establishing and implementing an effective marketing department from the ground up for both the firm’s Long Island and Delaware offices. Earlier in her career, Ms. Hauser was the Marketing Coordinator at Rivkin Radler LLP, Long Island’s largest law firm.

In addition, Ms. Hauser is actively involved in a number of business and trade organizations and presently serves as Publicity Chair on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Business Communicators. She is also a published author of various marketing articles.
