Marc L. Hamroff Moderates Panel At ELFA Healthcare Summit 2010

Garden City, New York; March 1, 2010 — Marc L. Hamroff, managing partner at the law firm of Moritt Hock Hamroff & Horowitz LLP, will moderate a panel discussion entitled “Managing Risk in the Healthcare Space” at the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association’s Healthcare Finance Summit on March 9-10, 2010 in Arlington, Virginia.

The two-day conference will focus on the changes occurring in U.S. Healthcare and how these changes will impact the growing need for financing among the nation’s healthcare providers.

The Equipment Leasing & Finance Association (ELFA) is the trade association representing financial services companies and manufacturers in the $650 billion dollar U.S. equipment finance sector.

Mr. Hamroff serves as the managing partner of Moritt Hock Hamroff & Horowitz LLP.  In addition to serving as the firm’s managing partner, Mr. Hamroff also heads the firm’s Financial Services Practice which includes the bankruptcy, equipment leasing, secured lending and creditors’ rights groups.  He provides special concentration in litigation, and workout and bankruptcy matters nationwide.  In addition to his practice, Mr. Hamroff regularly provides educational and strategic seminars on a multitude of issues affecting the leasing and secured lending community.  He serves as an adjunct professor of law at Touro College, Jacob. D. Fuchsberg School of Law where he has taught Secured Transactions: UCC Article 9 and related matters.
