GARDEN CITY, NY; November 1, 2021—Moritt Hock & Hamroff (MH&H) is pleased to report that the Firm’s managing partner, Marc L. Hamroff, will be speaking at the upcoming SFNet Annual Convention. Now in its 77^th year, the Convention brings together secured lenders and their allied service providers for two days of networking and learning. The 2021 Convention is taking place in Phoenix, AZ from Nov. 3-5.

Hamroff will be speaking on the “Workout and Bankruptcy Strategies–the New Playbook” panel. During the session, Hamroff, along with lenders, appraisers, and other workout professionals will discuss lessons learned since 2020 and how strategies are changing going forward. It reflects the theme of this year’s Convention: Adapt. Renew. Grow.

His session is among the “On Demand” offerings of SFNet’s Annual Convention this year, offered to reach the widest possible audience while the COVID-19 pandemic continues to hamper travel. This session becomes available for viewing on Nov. 1 and will be of interest to anyone in the finance industry who deals with complex workouts. The Firm is a member of SFNet and a regular contributor to its informational panels.

Hamroff, who joined MH&H in 1983 and became a name partner in 1989, chairs the Firm’s Financial Services Practice, which includes the Bankruptcy, Equipment Leasing, Secured Lending, Distressed Assets and Creditors’ Rights groups. He provides special concentration in litigation, workout and bankruptcy matters nationwide.

His experience with bankruptcy extends to groups of lessors and lenders in complex workouts both in and out of Chapter 11.
