Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP Welcomes Andrew B. Eckstein, Esq.

GARDEN CITY, NY; May 18, 2017 — Marc Hamroff, managing partner of Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP, is pleased to announce that Andrew B. Eckstein, Esq. has joined the firm as counsel in its Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy practice group. Mr. Eckstein resides in the firm’s New York City office and joins the firm from Blank Rome LLP.

Andrew B. Eckstein concentrates his practice in all aspects of complex debtor and creditor matters in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructurings. He represents debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees, lenders, landlords, contract counterparties, equity-security holders and asset purchasers in matters involving real estate, developers, industrial companies, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, professional service firms, investment funds, media and telecommunications enterprises and transportation-related businesses. In addition to his practice, Mr. Eckstein is a certified mediator on the panel of mediators for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.  He earned his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School of Union University.
